Quality of life changes:
- Game start now requires a separate button press
- Any of the face buttons can be used to play the game: A, B or d-pad
Cosmetic changes:
- Added a screen flash on bend break (disabled in zen mode)
- Reduced motion blur dither pattern slightly
- Reduced size of life indicators
